Working Principle:

The single-stage high-shear emulsification pump adopts a horizontal structure. A set of rotors and stators is installed in the narrow working chamber, which can be designed as a single-stage two-layer or single-stage six-layer structure. The rotors and stators are coupled in pairs with high fit. Driven by the motor, the intermediate shaft rotates at high speed, and the rotors and stators form a vacuum, drawing materials into the rotor and stator chambers from the inlet. The strong kinetic energy makes the rotor generate high linear speed, causing the materials to be subjected to intense impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and strong shear between the rotor and stator gaps before being ejected. Under the action of various directional forces, strong turbulence is generated, and the materials flow out from the outlet. Multiple cycle operations can be performed.
